There is no account and no login. Your rates, your business details and your subscription key live in your own browser, not on our servers. The only thing that leaves your device is what is needed to build a quote or take a payment.
This is stored in your browser’s local storage. We cannot read it, and clearing your browser data deletes it.
When you build a quote, the photographs you upload and the note you write are sent to our server and passed to Anthropic, which runs the AI model that reads them. Anthropic processes them to return the quote lines and does not use them to train its models. We do not store your photographs: once the quote comes back, the images are gone from our side.
These photographs are usually of your customer’s property — their house, garden, vehicle. You are responsible for having a basis to take and upload them. Do not upload photographs of people, documents or anything else that is not needed to price the job.
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you subscribe, Stripe collects your email, billing details and card data directly — we never see or store your card number. We can see that a subscription exists and whether it is active, which is what unlocks the app.
One cookie, tq_free. It counts how many of your three free quotes you have used, and it is signed so it cannot simply be edited. It is strictly necessary to provide the service, carries no personal data, and is not used for advertising or tracking. There is nothing else to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Some of these process data outside the EEA under the safeguards their own agreements provide. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info.tradequote.app@gmail.com. Because almost everything lives on your device, in most cases deletion means clearing your browser data and cancelling your subscription — we will tell you plainly what we hold. You can also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
