TradeQuote is operated by Richard Friedmann, a sole trader established in Slovakia, trading as TradeQuote (“we”). Business address: Budovateľská 508, 059 16 Hranovnica, Slovakia. You can reach us at info.tradequote.app@gmail.com, and we aim to answer within one working day.
TradeQuote is sold to businesses and self-employed traders for use in their trade. It is not aimed at consumers. By subscribing you confirm you are acting in the course of a business.
You enter your own rates. You upload photographs of a job. We use those photographs, together with any note you add, to produce a draft quote made up of items selected from your own price list, with estimated quantities.
The quote you send to your customer is your quote. You are responsible for checking it, pricing the job, and honouring what you send. We do not survey the site, we do not see the job, and we give no warranty that an estimated quantity is accurate or that a quote is profitable for you. If a quote is wrong, it is between you and your customer.
There is no account to create. Your rates, business details and subscription key are stored in the browser on the device you use. Clearing your browser data, or switching device, loses them. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to re-enter.
Quotes are unlimited for ordinary use of the service in a trade. We apply a fair-use rate limit to stop automated abuse; it is set well above what any working tradesperson produces, and if you ever hit it, email us and we will raise it.
Three quotes are free. After that a subscription is required. Subscriptions are monthly or yearly, charged in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Plans page and include VAT where it applies.
You can cancel at any time from the Plans page, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. See our refunds policy for what happens to the period you have already paid for.
We do our best to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. Building a quote depends on a third-party AI provider, which can be slow or unavailable. Plan for the possibility that you may occasionally have to quote the old way.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost work, lost jobs, or losses arising from a quote you sent — and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if the service is used in a way that harms it or other users.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the service means the new version applies. These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, and the courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction.
